We’ve seen plenty of pico projectors in the past, but here’s one that targets the iPhone specifically – the MiLi iPhone Projector. It works with the iPod as well, offering you a way of viewing all those GBs of video files stored on your device without having to squint your eyes after a while due to the screen size. After all, this projector will throw a much larger image onto any decent surface, letting not only you but others around to check out the latest episode in your favorite drama series. You can pick one up for £229.

Compatible with both the iPhone and the iPod (so anyone who hasn’t made the leap to iPhone yet is still ok), the MiLi Projector is the only portable media viewing device you’ll need. Not that many people need more than one, but you get the idea. It’s a bit like having a cinema in your pocket, but without the sticky floors and lack of leg-room, and with a maximum projection of 70 inches you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled into a very comfortable multiplex. There are some nice integrated speakers and even a remote control to adjust the whole thing with. You can either opt for good ol’ wall socket power or charge it up via USB, which will give you 1.5 hours of viewing time. The focus is fully adjustable, it’ll charge your iPhone/iPod, you can connect other external video devices like a PC, Laptop (perfect for presentations), DVD player or VCR thanks to the AV in/out connection… the list of features just goes on and on. How to Erase Or Reset iPhone Data and Settings .

In the life of an iPhone, there comes a time when you may desire to or need to reset the data and settings of the phone to factory defaults or may have to erase or delete all the stored items on your phone. Resetting your iPhone is a scary thing, you will lose all of your stored items, music and pictures with no way to retrieve them unless you have made a back up.

Situations when you would want to erase or reset your phone can include

1. Giving away or selling away your iPhone.

2. Sending your iPhone for repair, you would certainly not want your personal details and or data to be available for other people to browse.

3. Your iPhone's software is corrupt and it requires to be reset back to factory defaults.

The process can be easily done either through on-screen commands or when connected to iTunes.

In this tutorial, you will be guided through the process of erasing or resetting your data using onscreen commands.

Start the process by syncing your iPhone with your personal computer to create a backup of your phones data, if in case, at some point of time you may require any information that you have removed. Once syncing and backing up of data is complete, and you have disconnected your iPhone from your computer, start the process of resetting your phone. This is quite an easy process.

Go to the home screen of your iPhone and tap on the Settings icon of the menu. In Settings sub menu, tap on the General options. There, you will find various other options and scrolling down to the bottom of the list, you will find Reset option. Tapping on it, you will find two options, Erase all settings and content or Reset Setting option. Depending on what you want to do select one of them. Selecting the reset option, you will just return your iPhone preference setting to factory defaults and not delete your data. By choosing the erase all option, you will not only return to iPhone default factory settings but also all your data including emails, app, music, messages will be erased from your iPhone.

And from hereon, you can sell your iPhone, give it away, or even send it for repair without having to worry about your personal data.

How Nutrition Can Help Avoid a Mood Disorder.

Good nutrition is key to prevent all sorts of health issues, however it plays a critical role in preventing many mood disorders including depression. It certainly did not surprise me when I would receive an endless amount of E:mails from my listeners on radio sharing their experience of depression going away in a short time after being on 1,000 mg. of Omega 3\'s daily. Nutrition is key. When you eat highly processed foods, sugar or drink too much caffeine, your body as well as your brain gets \'aggravated\' leading to mood disorders or depression. Read on for my list of foods that help you prevent this from happening in the first place.

1. Omega 3\'s (fish oil) - is a great place to start so make sure you look for a good quality Omega 3 fish oil supplement that says enteric coated on the label. This will make it easier to digest and you will not burp up a fishy taste. Of course, include fish in your diet at least twice a week.

2. Fill your plate 1/2 full of vegetables at lunch and dinner. Build your meal around vegetables as much as possible. Not only will they help you stay full but you will be filling up on antioxidants which prevent free radicals (toxins, chemicals and pollutants) from attacking your healthy cells in your brain as well as throughout your body. The brigher and richer the color, the better.

3. Limit your fruit intake to 2 servings per day. Fruit is a natural form of sugar and is full of antioxidants too but people tend to eat too much of it which can create a craving for more sugary foods and beverages. If you eat an apple, dip it in some almond butter or peanut butter which will slow down the absorptiong of sugar in the blood.

4. Eat a handful of nuts for a delicious snack which are full of good fats and will help reduce inflammation throughout the body as well as your brain. Everything gets inflamed as we get older which can lead to mood disorders in the brain from this inflammation so eating nuts will help keep that in check.

5. Enjoy avocado everyday - this is one of the best ways to get some good fats for the brain. Add it to salads or enjoy guacamole with grilled chicken breasts or fish.

6. Eat Greek yogurt which will put some good bacteria into your gut building your immune system and your mood.

7. Mini-meals every 3-4 hours is a great way to stabilize blood sugar levels and your mood.

8. Do not skip breakfast. This is a great time to begin your day with some of the foods listed above, fruit, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, etc. Add them to a blender for a quick meal on the go.

9. Have you tried the ancient, super nutrient-dense food, the Chia seed? It is a great way to get lots of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in just a small amount. I add it to my blender in the morning for a jumpstart on my day.

10. Notice how you feel after a meal - this will speak volumes as to whether or not your body and brain are responding well to the meal you just ate. Keep a journal for a few days and you may begin to see a pattern making it easier to make small changes.

A documentary producer who interrupted a director's Oscar acceptance speech Sunday night says she was the one who was "big-footed" on stage.Elinor Burkett, appearing Tuesday on HLN's "The Joy Behar Show," said Roger Ross Williams' charge that she ambushed him is wrong." 'Ambushed' makes it sound like I was just some woman who stormed up on the stage," Burkett said.Williams and Burkett worked together on "Music by Prudence," a half-hour film about a Zimbabwean woman who overcomes a severe disability and family rejection in one of the world's poorest countries. It won the Academy Award for best short documentary.

Williams was 10 seconds into his acceptance when Burkett, 63, edged him from the microphone."He tried to make sure I couldn't get there before him," Burkett said. "He just didn't seem to think I would be so rude to interrupt him."Burkett told Behar that Williams "big-footed me" by running to the stage while she was slowed by Williams' elderly mother."I couldn't get out," she said."I think you get up and wait for me to get up, and we go up together graciously," she said. "He starts talking when I'm halfway up."Video of the event showed Williams jogging from the rear of the Kodak Theater to the stage to take the gold Oscar statue and the microphone."Oh, my God, this is amazing," Williams said. "Two years ago, when I got on an airplane and went to Zimbabwe, I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I'd end up here. This is so exciting."By that point, Burkett had reached him."Just like a man, never lets a woman talk," she told the Oscar audience. While the numero uno topic on every Hollywood news site is Charlie Sheen, star of CBS's Two and a Half Men, checking himself into rehab, the situation is causing Warner Bros. TV, Two and a Half Men's producer, to do some serious mulling over.
What happens next in regards to the show's finances is likely to be determined by the "morals clause" in Sheen's contract and "key man" language inTwo and a Half Men insurance policy.
Sheen is currently the highest paid actor on Television, making north of $900,000 per episode, and with a prolonged absence, he may be held responsible for any money the producer loses as a result, as per the "morals clause" in his contract.
Regarding the "key man" language, while the insurance policy may allot for losses incurred in another scenario where Sheen is absent, his checking into rehab may not be covered as it is a repeating occurrence.

Sources are warning Grey's Anatomyfans to get ready for Katherine Heigl to take leave of the ABC drama Grey's Anatomy.
Rumor has it that Katherine might leave the showafter this season 5 to concentrate on her family and her movie career.
So far this season Katherine has only appeared in a handful of episodes of Grey's Anatomy, but she is coming back on March 1st for good to finish up the rest of the season.Grey's Anatomy DVD 1-5 is off this week, but returns next Thursday with "Perfect Little Accident" (see photo gallery). Tonight's repeat takes us back to the sixth episode of the current season.

The CW announced on tuesday(Feb. 16) the early pick up of five of their most popular series, but "One Tree Hill" was missing from the list.
"OTH" -- which has weathered its current season minus two of its original cast members (Chad Michael Murray, Hilarie Burton) -- has dipped in the ratings as of late.
Monday's hour attracted just 1.9 million viewers, but creatively, the showseems to be chugging along just fine, having introduced three new series regulars (Austin Nichols, Rob Buckley, Shantel Van Santen) who came with brand new story lines of their own.The question is, does "One Tree Hill" have enough life left in it to keep on keepin' on?
This also raise the opposition of thousands One Tree Hill fans, they do keep that One Tree Hill should on the list!!!
